My name is Khayman. I am an uncomplicated being, who does not wish to make trouble. I am merely here to observe, and to learn what I can before sleep eventually claims me again. There are times in which I sleep like the truly dead for centuries at a time, until some cataclysmic force in the world quickens me again.

I am very powerful now, so much so that at times it frightens me. No one should have such immense power. When I am able, I love to invite mortals to spend time with me. I have taken many names, and have lived in many exotic locations during the course of my long existence. Often I am lonely though, no matter how many mortals fill the room. Once I stop enjoying life, and begin to feel pain, my memory often leaves me completely. It is then I often sleep for a long stretch of time. I am pleased to be awake again, so that I can join in this lovely gathering, and be with my Immortal brethren, as well as so many friendly new mortals. I have never taken the life of any mortal who has ever made an overture of friendliness to me, and I hope I never will.
